⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I cannot recommend James from Keegan Electrical highly enough.After a fire involving my parents' rooftop solar system on a Sunday afternoon, the Queensland Fire Department advised us not to re-energise the property until it had been inspected by an electrician. I called James, and despite it being a Sunday afternoon, he arrived within around 20 minutes.From the moment he arrived, his professionalism, technical knowledge and calm approach were outstanding. He immediately isolated the property's electrical system, safely disconnected everything he could, and carried out a thorough assessment of the damage. He took the time to explain exactly what had happened, what was safe to do, and what required a specialist solar electrician with the appropriate equipment.What impressed me most was his honesty, integrity and commitment to safety. He never took shortcuts or unnecessary risks, and it was obvious that doing the job properly and protecting my parents' home was his highest priority.
