I had a great experience with Alysha. She took the time to really listen and understand what was going on with my body before starting treatment. I’d been dealing with a lot of stiffness and discomfort through my back and shoulders, and after just a few sessions I noticed I was moving much more comfortably. I went to see Alysha because I was starting to feel quite stiff and restricted, especially when walking and getting up from sitting.
