Alysha strikes that perfect balance of being therapeutic for both body and soul. I’ve been dealing with ongoing stiffness and some discomfort in my back and shoulders, and she took the time to understand what was going on before starting treatment. The session felt comfortable the whole way through, and I didn’t feel like anything was rushed. Since then, I’ve been moving more easily and just feel more at ease in general . I went to see Alysha because I was starting to feel quite stiff and restricted, especially when walking and getting up from sitting. After a few sessions, I’ve noticed a big improvement in my movement and much less discomfort overall. She works in a way that feels gentle but effective, and always checks in to make sure you’re comfortable. I feel much more confident in my movement now and glad I found her.

I had the best massage from Alysha. Perfect pressure - firm enough to be healing, but gentle too. Alysha is very good at picking up on problems in the body. She found a sore spot straight away and resolved it. Alysha is lovely - talks if you want to, quiet if you want that. I have multiple body problems, including rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia, and I felt in very safe hands with Alysha. She knew exactly how much pressure was best and would check with me for feedback. Thanks Alysha!
