This place is the equivalent of a predatory mechanic who tells old woman that something is broken on their car when it isn’t, to be able to charge them more , what the my offer is health but they’re ideal customer is someone with no knowledge of what this stuff costs at other places ,that offer similar products , the nad+ here is 4000 dollars for 4 / 1000 mg infusions , I just had the same thing done for 900 dollars ,they’re staff know almost nothing about vitamins and will happily just make up details to sell you whatever they’re trying to get you to buy they’re ideal customer is a 50 year old woman who saw a post about this “new trend” on Facebook and will happily tell her one price and charge her another when all is said and done , they told me I could cancel my membership after 3 months with no charge and then hit me with a predatory cancelation fee rather than get my business in the future , I really just think it’s amateur hour over here and for a company that’s injecting things into you I’d say there are better options Less

Was down bad from Norovirus and severely dehydrated. The staff at prime IV took me in last minute and could barely walk in under my own power and they promptly got me in a room and set me up with everything I needed. 40 minutes later I was standing and talking normal and felt great. Definitely helped me overcome the symptoms of norovirus. Will definitely be back for some wellness iv treatment. Less

Horrible! They don’t tell you how much there services actually cost and when you do get hit with the bill (over 2 hours later) it is OUTRAGEOUS. Way too expensive. The nurse had no knowledge of what they were selling and I lost count of how many times she stuck me before she found a vien. Less
