You know what they say “you never get a second chance to make a first impression”. While one contractor responded there were parts of our project they could not handle, others simply did not call back. That’s what set Cosmo apart from the rest by personally answering the phone. When I described the amount of work in our project, he said “I’ll be there within the hour” and he proved to be a man of his word. For the last few months he steered us through regrading our backyard, planting trees & shrubs, hydro seeding, replacing front & back steps and walkways and soon paving our driveway.
