We had a great experience with this in-home head lice removal service. Oni, the provider, came directly to our home for an appointment booked online. She was courteous and friendly with my children, and handled everything calmly and professionally. Oni explained the process and follow-up care required as she went. The pricing felt very fair, and it saved us an enormous amount of time and stress. I would absolutely recommend them to other families dealing with head lice.

Melissa was so kind and patient with all of the long, thick heads of hair in my house! She was very thorough in combing and treating the affected kids, and helpful in showing me what to look for in the future. My girls had lots of questions, and she took the time to answer all of them. It was such a blessing to have her come to the house - with school projects to finish and all the lovely laundry to do, I don't know how we would have gotten through all of it otherwise. Not looking forward to two weeks of daily combing, but I'm confident that I know how to do it, thanks to Melissa's guidance. I would use this company again.....but hopefully I won't have to!!!

We recently used a different company when my daughter had lice. They told me I didn’t even need to recheck her but I decided to 6 days later. When I did, I found them again. Melissa came today and it was a completely different approach that involves actual education on lice and how to deal with them effectively. I feel 1,000 times better and I’m confident that we’ll have it knocked out now.
