Lice Happens was wonderful to work with. We were able to schedule an appointment late Saturday evening for someone to come to our house the next morning. Wolfgang was responsive and helpful before our appointment. He was even better during the appointment. He explained what was going on and what we needed to do to prevent the lice from coming back. He was very thorough. I highly recommend lice happens, and while I hope to never meed their services again, I won’t hesitate to if needed.

If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. Ken came over and was the most meticulous and educational. More than we asked for. He was fantastic with all the kids and cleared them all after being diligent in his treatments. For the adults, he was approachable and funny. We all felt like we had this crazy and scary situation under control after he left. I will say that I did think about just doing whatever was in CVS BUT I am so glad I did not. I cannot recommend their service enough.

Our whole family’s first experience with lice! I called three places, and the third was Lice Happens. I spoke with Ken and was instantly put at ease.He came to our home and treated all six of us. He made us laugh, educated us, and most importantly de-loused us!He took his time, answered all of our questions, and made what could have been a pretty stressful experience feel completely manageable. We all felt relaxed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for.Excellent service from start to finish. We felt SO comfortable with Ken that our 8 year-old invited him to family Thanksgiving… two months early!Hopefully we never need lice treatment again, but if we do, Ken will absolutely be our first call!

Ken was informative and helpful and extremely thorough! While the after hours call fee was steep, it was 100% worth it and very convenient to have it taken care of in my own home. I spent 45 minutes combing lice and eggs out of my kid's hair and he spent another 30+ getting the rest of the eggs out! He also checked every family member thoroughly. He provided practical education and advice and was great with my whole family.

We had a great experience with this in-home head lice removal service. Oni, the provider, came directly to our home for an appointment booked online. She was courteous and friendly with my children, and handled everything calmly and professionally. Oni explained the process and follow-up care required as she went. The pricing felt very fair, and it saved us an enormous amount of time and stress. I would absolutely recommend them to other families dealing with head lice.
