Ken was informative and helpful and extremely thorough! While the after hours call fee was steep, it was 100% worth it and very convenient to have it taken care of in my own home. I spent 45 minutes combing lice and eggs out of my kid's hair and he spent another 30+ getting the rest of the eggs out! He also checked every family member thoroughly. He provided practical education and advice and was great with my whole family.

We absolutely panicked (at 5pm) when we found out our kids picked up lice (likely from camp). We found Lice Happens by a quick Google search and they came same day AFTER HOURS to check and treat all family members. I HIGHLY recommend!!

Such a great service, I was able to schedule an appointment for the same day, Wolfgang (hope I’m spelling the name correctly) spent 5 hours treating 3 kids and checking me as well, the communication was on point and we received a full education regarding what to do for the next couple weeks. I honestly hope we won’t need the services in the future but they were great!

We had a great experience with this in-home head lice removal service. Oni, the provider, came directly to our home for an appointment booked online. She was courteous and friendly with my children, and handled everything calmly and professionally. Oni explained the process and follow-up care required as she went. The pricing felt very fair, and it saved us an enormous amount of time and stress. I would absolutely recommend them to other families dealing with head lice.
