Evolve Fitness has changed everything about who I am. I was lost until I found this gym and started attending classes. The instructors are certified, and are absolutely top of the bar when it comes to knowledge and form. Hands down the best gym in Blo/No where you will get LASTING results. This is a lifestyle and here they not only train you physically, but educate you on clean eating with nutrition as well. It’s a complete packaged deal like no other I’ve ever had. Never have I ever worked out in my life but boot camp was great and got me motivated to actually work out now and be healthy!!! Chris is a great trainer!!

Chris and the rest of the staff at Evolve are amazing! They have completely changed the way I think about fitness—especially the importance of protein and strength training to maintain and build muscle. I’ve learned so much and genuinely enjoy being there. Highly recommend Evolve!

I’ve been going to evolve now for almost 4 months, and I can say that this is the best gym I’ve ever gone to. I am so happy I took the leap and got started here. This is truly a place you can go workout at and not feel judged. The instructors are awesome, and the owner Chris truly cares for your wellbeing. Altogether I 100% recommend this gym to anyone whether you are trying to lose a bunch of weight or you’re just trying to put some muscle on. As long as you stay consistent you will see changes. This is not just a gym this is a family of people all working towards a common goal!
