Golden Rule Cleaning was fantastic from start to finish. We had to reschedule multiple times due to family emergencies, and they were genuinely understanding and flexible. Once we finally had a date, they texted when they were on their way with an ETA, and I really appreciate those little details.Grace, Lucas, and Candi did an amazing job. They were extremely thorough, and this was not a small task. Our home looked and felt so much better when they were done. We will absolutely be scheduling regular services with them and could not be happier.

I am the owner of Petz best friend grooming in Sylva and work alone currently so cleaning is a challenging task at the end of the day. I clean between grooms but like to have a clean space every day and do not have extra time to do the detail cleaning everyday. Being a grooming business of course the hair and dander is a daily struggle. Golden rule cleaning company has been amazing! They are very thorough and work around me and the dogs that come in and out. Miss Grace is a wonderful lady and great at her job! She is so kind to me and all of my clients furry or not. They were so thorough and cleaned all the nooks and crannies, and everything is now spotless and all the surfaces are gleaming. I am recovering from a medical procedure, and they were so considerate to clean my room first so I could go rest. They really went above and beyond to make me comfortable and to make my home sparkle.
