Northwest Heating

As a DIY home owner/builder on a tight budget, there are a few times when bringing in an outside contractor is inevitable. Like anyone paying for a service, you want Value, Good Communication, Professionalism, and the piece of mind that the contractor will stand behind their work. That, in a nutshell, was my experience with John and Northwest Heating. During his initial consultation and walk through of our project he quickly understood what I needed and went out of his way to help create an agreeable solution to my unique situation and budget. Value. Once we scheduled his services it was never difficult to get a reply, text, call, or answer to a question. Good Communication. Onsight, he showed up when he said he would, knew what he was doing, and had quality tools to get the job done quickly. Professionalism. All the above would be enough for any 5 star review. But what happens when a month later something goes wrong? My unit was giving me a problem code and I identified an issue. I sent John a urgent text and instead of being ignored, he called me back within 5 minutes. A day later the problem was fixed and the heating was back on. That is the type of quality and reputable service that Central Oregon needs. If you're looking for an HVAC contractor, I recommend Northwest Heating.
