Guy with a terrible beard in a Elowsky truck was at a red light looking down at his phone. After the light was green for about 4 seconds I gave a honk so they'd pay attention. Was thanked with a middle finger. Type of crew this company runs so I'd say be weary.

I had an unfortunate experience with one of the crew members from Elowsky Lawn Services.I'm an architect and contractor currently working on a client's house, and their truck was parked out front because they were working a few doors down. When I tried to politely speak with the crew member, he was surprisingly rude-not just to me, but also to my client, who lives in the house they were parked in front of. It caught us both off guard.I'm sure the company does good work overall, but interactions like this really matter, especially when you're working in residential neighborhoods and with other professionals. I hope this was just a one-off, but based on a few other reviews I've read, it may be something the company should take a closer look at since this individual might be losing them customers and future jobs.

On an HOA board. We've had several issues.The folks complaining about their driveways being blocked by the berm created by the plow, that's just the nature of the beast. To be fair, not much can be done about that. What are they supposed to do, come back and clear the foot of everyone's driveways? That's just not realistic. That said, there have been several complaints from our membership over the last couple years. A complaint was made, and all they do is the same thing over and over - almost like they're doing it purposely. It's unfortunate.I'd stay away...

The crew that was assigned to my home rushed through the job each week often skipping the trimming and edging which was included in my job description when I hired this company. Each week there were multiple bare spots in my lawn where it was scalped and cut too close. I reached my threshold with this crew, when after days of heavy rain they arrived at my home to mow and did their typical hurried, careless job and their zero turn mowers left deep ruts in my lawn. I called the company to cancel service. I was not profane and I simply asked for the courtesy of a phone call from someone to explain why my job was done so poorly and why my lawn was left in disrepair. To date no one has bothered to call me.

Elowsky Lawn Services did a beautiful job designing and landscaping our yard! I loved how Stephanie took time to listen to things we liked/disliked as she listened to our vision and created the design. She kept in mind our busy lives and made everything manageable for upkeep. The crew who came to our house was extremely respectful and they took their time to make sure everything was done in a correct manner. We were also pleased with every interaction we had with the owners of this company. They are some of the most genuine and hard working people. We will absolutely use them again!!!
