The visit was very informativeX-rays taken and explained, an adjustment, and a session on machine that was recommended for me. Will go back in a week to go over X-rays and decide if I move forward.

I took advantage of a $49 special for a "Piezo Wave Therapy" session. Never heard of it before. I have a shoulder and knee issue that I need to have fixed. Staff was very friendly. Dr. Josh Bell gave me a full exam, including x-rays and suggested some treatments that also made sense to me. I will have my 2nd session this Thursday. I'm excited and strongly feel that I'm finally moving in the right direction after looking all over the place for an answer to my health issues.

For over a year I had horrible lower back pain and felt I had seen everyone in town - chiropractors, decompression tables, wave stimui, physical therapists, massage therapists, cryo, even a neurosurgeon! When I met with Dr. Josh the first time, I told him he was my "last stop" for help. He immediately began his therapy, which I found much more beneficial than other chiropractors, and began adjustments and decompression with a little Pisiowave and redlight therapy mixed in. Now, two months later I have ZERO backpain! I have a new lease on life and am returning to my old self cycling and rowing! Luis and Kate are also wonderful and friendly. and keep the office running smoothly. In and out, no waiting, just a fine tuned office that gets the pain gone! Thank you for making me 100% again!!!!

The end September I strained my back and had a pinched nerve. I could hardly walk without constant pain. After two adjustments and decompression I was walking upright with less pain. It is now a little over a month later and I’m not only almost totally pain free, but am back to work and playing pickleball.I am still waiting to get an appointment with different back doctors and pain specialists.Dr Josh cares about his patients getting better. His goal is not to have you in there every week forever, but to get better and maintain your body health.I have had back issues for years and tried many chiropractors. Old school chiropractors unfortunately do not help me. I need modern technology and his office has so many options for the best care.To top it off he had a great staff.

I understand this establishment takes Groupon vouchers for a massage and then after the massage charge you $160 indicating they do not accept vouchers. Of course, CALIBER WELLNESS is entitled to an explanation and those who are reading this would appreciate the establishment responding.

I want to start by saying that the staff at Caliber Wellness are very nice, and the last thing I want to do is leave a negative review. However, I feel it's important to share my experience.I initially visited on a $49 Facebook promotion and then decided to book and prepay for three more sessions. Before paying—close to $400—I specifically confirmed with the receptionist that the package included both the chiropractic treatment and the therapy machine. She assured me it did, so I went ahead with the payment.However, after each of the three sessions, my card (which they had on file) was charged an additional $70. When I noticed and brought it to their attention, they stood firm that no mistake had been made. I wasn’t trying to get anything for free—I simply expected them to acknowledge and address what I believe was a genuine miscommunication or error. Unfortunately, they were unwilling to consider that possibility.In the end, each session—lasting less than 25 minutes—ended up costing me over $600. This isn’t about the money; it’s about principle and how the situation was handled. As I mentioned, the people there seemed kind, which is why this was especially disappointing. Lesson learned.
