The support and knowledge of the coaches is great. In the few short months that I’ve been here it’s felt like a closely knit community and everybody is there to support and encourage you, that’s the reason I fell in love with CrossFit. You walk through the door and everyone wants to know how you’re going and they have time for you. That support to me has been pivotal.

Crossfit 505 is an exceptional gym! The trainers are not only fun but incredibly knowledgeable, making every session enjoyable and effective. Switching gyms can be daunting, but they made me feel comfortable right from the start. I love the extras they offer, like the weightlifting class and personalized help with nutrition and goals. The supportive atmosphere ensures you never feel alone in your fitness journey. Highly recommend!

CrossFit 505 is the best gym/box i have ever been too. I started CrossFit in 2022 not knowing anyone and after failing to stay consistent with regular gyms and training by myself. The team at 505 help daily with guidance and coaching not only at the gym but outside the gym as well. As for The CrossFit505 community it has a way of getting the best out of everyone that walks through the door. You won’t regret showing up to this place daily.

I cannot recommend this place enough. Everyone is so supportive & encouraging. The cf505 community really is something else. I look forward to going there everyday. I wish I found this place sooner, I’m never leaving now! The coaches are the best too, if you can’t get a movement, they take the time to show you and walk you through it step by step. Plus, they always make sure there’s an alternative! Judgement free zone!!

I was hesitant at first to join after being told by a mate about the gym & then my wife joined - not being too much into the whole gym scene, but after a few sessions, I couldn't recommend this gym enough. The trainers are a great bunch who really want you to succeed & are more than willing to help you reach your goals. The gym crew are easy going with no ego trips - everyone in the gym supports each other.

If only I had know sooner about the sport of Crossfit. I think it is my 8th year at 505 and each day I still strive to be a better me. Now in my mid 50's and still working out with 20 year olds is great for my inner confidence. The 505 community spirit is welcoming, the Coaches are passionate about Crossfit and helping you achieve your best physically & mentally. Just turn up & try it out, you don't need to be fit or young, just need a heart beat and a good attitude. It may change your life.
