I’ve been coming here since Feb and love it! Never gets overly busy and Clare is very supportive and helpful, a very friendly and relaxed environment. I’ve recently started a 10wk fitness & nutrition plan with the wonderful Vickey Bate at The Loft and can’t recommend her high enough. I have a weekly check in and Vickey is always very encouraging and always on hand with any advice I need. I started seeing results 5 days in…this lady knows her stuff! 😍

I’ve been a few times now after joining ‘TheLoft’, I have enjoyed each visit, the staff are very supportive, being an older person I was worried I would feel out of place, but that’s not the case, everyone I have spoken to have been supportive and friendly, the Gym is very well equipped, and very clean, sanitisers and hand gel are provided, I have found that although busy, it is never to busy, and I have been able to use all the equipment I want to use without any waiting, I find the app very informative and easy to use, great place to work out.

Been to the loft of numerous occasions and have been impressed every time!! amazing equipment & machinery, not to busy at the time that I normally train so it’s perfect for me. The fact it’s 24 hours is absolutely brilliant!! Couldn’t recommend it more😁The staff and PTs are lovely there too👍🏻

Never been to a gym prior to coming to The Loft, Clare was very helpful booking me in and giving me advice and the Personal Training sessions with Harry are well worth the money. Very helpful, informative, motivational and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend 👍🏻

Such a lovely environment with kind, friendly staff and Clare the owner is very passionate about your health and wellbeing. Great value for money with a good range of classes and a fully equipped gym. A very safe place to work out in following all COVID regulations. Highly recommend 💛💙

I have struggled with fitness/exercise for years, and decided I needed/wanted to give personal training a go, to see whether that would help me to stick to a routine, get fit, and stay motivated. 10 sessions in, and I am SO glad I got in touch with Clare - she knows exactly what I need, pushes me to challenge myself, and motivates me to keep going (when I know I would give up if she wasn’t there!!) Thank you, Clare - so pleased I took the plunge! I am feeling the benefits already.

I just love going to Hub Iv meet some amazing ladies and made sum lovely friends . I try to go three time a week to attend evening classes which gives me a total workout and having fun at the same time . Running my own business keeps me very busy throughout the day so I also use the Hub for a little bit of stress release . It's a great place to be .

I would highly recommend The Health Hub. I do a variety of classes which gives me a complete body workout so not only is my body weight healthy but I am very fit and most of all very strong. I work in the building trade so all of theses things compliment my life style. I would like to add that Clare and the team are great instructors and mentors and most importantly make classes fun.
