We discovered ProSafe Shutters on line, after we decided to take the plunge, and give or home some added security. From the very first phone call to Danny, the experience has been awesome. He came around to measure, then came around again, when we were both home, for our colour selection, then came around again after the install, to help set up the WiFi control. Danny was always patient, always polite and always with his trademark smile. Danny now feels like extended family, and we trust him completely. The installer, Cameron, was just incredible, and a great tradie, he knows his stuff. We love our shutters, they look good, they feel great, and we now have a safer, more quiet and more heating and cooling efficient home. Would recommend Prosafe to absolutely anyone. Thanks Danny...!! Danny was great to deal with from start to finish. I did alot of researching around the area and found the company lived up to its expectations. He explained everything I wanted to know eg he process prices etc and always available for questions. Most of all we love the quality of the shutters in colour monument grey. We're so happy with the service and would highly recommend!
