My experience with Santos Carrillo Landscaping was unsatisfactory. During the work done on my yard, damage occurred that was not part of the agreed-upon project, leaving areas damaged and in worse condition than before the service began.The turf installation had obvious unevenness and poor finishing. Furthermore, the irrigation system was not properly adjusted, resulting in areas with inadequate coverage. Despite promptly reporting the damage and deficiencies, no concrete solution or responsible repair was offered.I believe there was a lack of care, supervision, and commitment to the quality of the work. Based on this experience, I do not recommend this service.

I hired Santos Carrillo Landscaping for lawn installation and irrigation system checks. Unfortunately, the experience was negative. During the work, damage was caused to my property, specifically to the fence and plants, which was neither reported immediately nor properly addressed.Furthermore, the lawn installation was uneven, and the irrigation system was not calibrated correctly, leaving areas with insufficient watering. After contacting them to request a solution for both the damage and the outstanding issues, the response was delayed, and no satisfactory repair was offered.I believe there was a lack of supervision, responsibility, and professionalism in the project management. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.
