Baklinski Home Improvement is a great company to work with on your projects. They adjusted a couple of doors after we had carpet installed. We had to make adjustments to the schedule due to problems with the carpet installers and Baklinski was so cooperative about the problem. Thank you Melissa for your great customer service. Then when they got here things were still being held up by other contractors and which added to the job. Jeremy had to carry doors up and down stairs to make adjustments, he was so kind and just took it in stride. Work was done perfectly and with a smile. I have other jobs for Baklinski and would definitely recommend this company to everyone. Excellent!

Had several issues hanging around and had Jeremy at Baklinski come out and see to them. He was fast and solved all the problems with minimal fuss. Fixed the toilet instead of replacing all the guts. Improved the disposal functioning without replacing the disposal. Got all the windows opening properly, freeing up painted-shut ones. I had visions of needing to replace them. We're very happy!

We contracted Baklinski Home Improvement to repair and remodel the shower room that had failed shower pan and leaked to the living room underneath. Prior to contacting them, I had called a few contractors that either way overpriced or had a hard time communicating. Andrew was very pleasant to talk to and we were able to negotiate a price I felt was reasonable. The proposal was detailed and I understand what the scope of the work will be. People that worked on the project were knowledgeable. They explained what they are doing and answer my questions and concerns. The project in the end concluded to my satisfaction. Overall I do recommend their service.

We had a structural column on the front of our house with bad rot damage. Baklinksi came out quickly to take a look and provide a quote then returned to replace it as soon as a new column was available. The crew was very respectful, worked efficiently, did great work and cleaned everything up better than when they arrived.

We had a tricky window installation project, and Andrew's team of Anatoly and George did a fantastic job - they were highly competent, professional, methodical, friendly and pleasant to have around. We've had consistently good experiences with Andrew's staff for 4 projects now - highly recommended.I will offer one small caveat, which is that at times the company's communications with us about project coordination left a little bit to be desired. They are busy and sometimes seem to be distracted. A very small price to pay for consistently excellent work and a great attitude by the whole organization.
