I called our arborist, John Grizzle, the day after the storm, and after taking care of immediate dangers to homes he arrived with a great crew to get a large Red Oak off our garage so we could remove cars safely. Team Leader Jacob, along with Isaiah, John, and Josh took care of the immediate tree issues. A few days later they returned to clear out a Red Maple and eight Cedars that threatened our property. The scheduling dept was very accommodating (Jay Jay). The technician (Jona) was absolutely excellent. He showed up to my property to perform 2 things to my palm tree. Systematic insecticide and the nutrients injection. When he arrived he had the insecticide but had run out of the nutrients liquid and he apologized and said he would be back first thing the next day. Sure enough the next day he was their first thing in morning. He explained to me how everything worked on the tree. Very pleasant young man. I could tell that he liked his job. I was referred to Schneider by another tree company in the area who said I needed an Arborist. Caleb arrived promptly and was so generous with his time. It is really obvious when someone loves what they do and Caleb loves trees. He walked the property, answered every question I could think of, and gave me tons of tips. The reason I brought him out ended up being a lack of understanding on my part about a normal thing in two of my Chinese elms. Caleb let me know about a range of services that could benefit my yard but it felt like his priority was education rather than forcing a sale. To me this goes a huge way towards building trust.
