Desconozco si la señora Emilia y Douglas trabajen con este mismo señor pero al menos Emilia tiene el mismo apellido y nuestra experiencia después de 3 años sigue siendo un terror (no con Carlos, aclaro).Nos ofertaron una casa remodelada la cual desde la segunda semana empezó con desperfectos en los baños, siguiendo con el drenaje, el piso, instalación eléctrica, aire acondicionado y ahora el techo, a lo que aquí se le llama roofing o algo así.Tengan mucho cuidado con Emilia Tovar y sobre todo con Douglas (no recuerdo su apellido), y si les llega a tocar lleven sus inspectores.
