When Steven first came out we only asked him to take a look at our issue because we were not sure what to do and needed a Master Installer with knowledge to help us navigate mitigation of our problem. Nebraska Septic went above and beyond to help us with our septic situation. When Steven first came out we only asked him to take a look at our issue because we were not sure what to do and needed a Master Installer with knowledge to help us navigate mitigation of our problem. It took a long time from that point to having a new system installed, but it was because Steven took an extra step to try to find us answers and get us the best option and best price for what we needed. The installation itself took a short time and he used the best quality materials and talked us through the entire process. Plus, there will be times when he may come back to inspect, add or tweak our system, and that is all included in what he charged us. Our one piece of feedback is that we would have liked to have regular contact with Steven through the length of time we were working through this, but he always answered our calls, emails and/or texts. We would highly recommend Nebraska Septic and the owner Steven if you are looking for quality work and for someone who is willing to go above and beyond to make sure you don’t end up with a bad install or septic inspection.
