I’ve been working with Ally for close to a year now and can honestly say it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made for both my physical and mental wellbeing.When I first started training, my body was totally depleted from burnout. Since then, I’ve learned so much about my body, nutrition, and what it needs to feel and perform at its best. I’ve seen consistent improvements - shedding fat, building muscle, and I have so much more energy everyday now.What really sets Ally apart is how well he reads people. He knows when I need to take things slower and when it’s time to push hard, and I always feel like I get the absolute best out of every session. He’s also incredibly supportive outside of sessions, always available to answer questions on WhatsApp, which makes a huge difference.His approach is friendly, understanding, and genuinely invested in your progress. And on a personal note, it’s a pleasure working with him - he brings great energy to every session and, at times, even steps into a bit of a life coach role. I can hand on heart say I’ve learned a lot from him, not just about fitness, but about life more broadly.I really can’t thank Ally enough and would recommend him to anyone looking to make strong, positive changes both mentally and physically.
