Just closed on our family's first home ever. I was expecting a super stressful process and to have my work cut out for me to get across the finish line. This was not the case at all. I randomly asked to see a house and hit the lottery with who ended up being my realtor. We viewed the first home and it ended up not being what we wanted. However, during our first interaction Ricardo took time to find out not only what was important to my wife and I, but what was important to our 9 year old daughter and 7 year old son. Ricardo and his wife Vanessa, quickly found an abundance of homes that were tailor made to what our family's needs and wants were. None of our request were ever an inconvenience. They were always available to answer text and phone calls. I sometimes would find myself questioning if they ever slept at all! You could tell they were very seasoned in every step of the home buying process and due to our confidence in them we used their recommendation for our mortage broker. The recommended lender ended up being amazing as well. I was informed and in the know with every step of the process. Any time there was a hiccup or an obstacle to overcome I was not only made aware of what was occurring but how they planned/ or how they already had handled the problem.
