Tyler did an excellent job of installing our new pool pump. He was timely and informative in the new equipment installation. He also listened to some other concerns we had and diagnosing an actuator problem that we will have e him repair in order to get the pool fully operational. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend.

It is hard to find companies these days that are both honest and hardworking, but this one absolutely is. They (Tyler especially) take great care of their customers, do quality work, and are very fair with pricing. I have seen firsthand that they do not try to take advantage of situations or upsell things that are not needed.One thing I really respect is how well they work with Realtors and homeowners during real estate transactions. They do not raise prices just because a home is on the market or under contract, and that kind of honesty goes a long way. They are dependable, professional, and genuinely good people to work with.

I’ve been using K&S Pools since 2023. Their service is always spot on! Stony is super responsive to phone calls any time I have a question. But most importantly our pool technician, Johnny, goes above and beyond! He has been assigned to our account for most of the 3 years. Always here with a helpful attitude and a smile on his face!!He communicates timely, if there is a schedule change or if any additional service is needed. We’ve had several ice/winter storms and he’s always proactive in ensuring that our pool will be taken care of and safe. He is also always willing to come out and do any additional cleanings if needed. Having a pool requires time and K&S Pools helps me by saving that time!
