I joined SFDT a few months ago. I built my website and set up some automations. I set up my programmes and classes and clients can just go on select the package, book and pay and receive an automated email: you can send a questionnaire on there so no having to start from scratch. I’ve been able to secure some email sign ups through the workflow systems. Any messages by emails or socials all go to one place so I can keep track of things. I am Only just started on the capabilities of the system and can’t wait to do more. I recently attended a business boost day with Nathan and he was super helpful, not only on what to set up and how, but what to focus on also. It was a very productive day and lovely to meet some people I’ve only engaged with online, Nathan included. I will be looking to book some 1:2:1 time with Nathan soon. Jemma

I asked Nathan to come and deliver a talk on business for the launch of my event, The Holistic Pet Care Conference, and I’m so glad he said yes! I absolutely loved everything Nathan had prepared and the feedback from our audience has been incredibly positive, with many expressing their gratitude to Nathan for helping them look at their business from an entirely new perspective. This is a long one but bear with me. I signed up for SFDT at the end of 2024 because I was excited about the prospects of being able to have everything all in one place: my website, CRM, calendars, products, payments, you name it, plus an online training programme I wanted to build and push out to clients. It had so much potential. I was excited. Nathan was on hand to do several 1-2-1s to help me initially get set up. He had the patience of a saint, because boy did I struggle getting my head around all of the new technology available. At times I considered simply giving up because the software was a bit like a wild stallion -- too much for me to personally handle despite it's unlimited potential. But in my gut I knew it could be exactly what I wanted for my business so I persevered, gradually graduating from my Nathan "training wheels" to the detailed Knowledge Library that had been recently created, as well as the live online support that Nathan introduced (probably because he was sick of hearing from me!) and I gradually started getting to grips with everything. I also connected with another SFDT software member who quickly became a friend as we set up our own little weekly/monthly online work group, helping each other to build our individual businesses. Because of my space-cadet brain and my constant need to ask question after question to fully understand the workings of something I'm using (sorry Nathan), I have now become online friends with the support team 🤣. It's been a long process for me personally and has tested my limits but I can finally see it coming together. My frustration is dissipating and my desire to learn more about this new world of technology is growing. Last week, Nathan organised the first in-person SFDT meet up in Warrington, to help a bunch of us in real-time and also go over yet even more new features that he's been slowly introducing. It was a fabulous day out, meeting other subscribers and learning more about the capabilities of the SFDT software and getting my head around workflows, funnels, automations 🤯 I've been holding off on posting a review because unless I'm 100% sure about something, I don't generally promote it. However, today I've had a HUGE breakthrough! Using the AI facility, I was able to describe in detail what I needed to do, and would you believe it, BAM! it has been created for me!!! So excited I could pee my pants! Now THIS is a game-changer for me because I'll be able to finally get all of my ideas out of my crazy brain and have a little "buddy" or "scribbles" to help keep me calm and Nathan from wishing he'd never signed me up!!! Let's just say, this software works if you work it and I'm super-excited to now get even more out of what Nathan has worked hard at creating and constantly tweaking and improving to ensure the demanding customers don't get the better of him. If you're wanting the stars and are willing to put in the effort, you will be rewarded 🥳 Thank you Nathan!! PS: sorry about the long post.

I love the website that Nathan has created for me and the background functions that it is able to run to support my business. I do struggle with tech at times, but Nathan is there to support and guide me through my struggles. Once they software is set up to support your business, it does save time and perform repeated daily tasks automatically for you. I would recommend SFDT once you fully know your business offering inside out because that bit is crucial.

The system has been a game changer, everything is in one place which is what I needed. I can create social media posts, all my clients and potential clients are visible meaning I am not spending hours going from screen to screen. The ability to link your bookings into the website and the system makes the client journey more efficient. My income has increased and there are always updates going in which is amazing. Absolutely game changer!

Once you have all your automations set up, and the processes are pretty easy to follow, admin time is definitely cut back! Though I have actually found myself being more constructive, spending the admin time looking at more reporting, focusing on different aspects of my business and building revenue through the online communities as well as my new look online presence! The support and client community are FAB, meaning you are never far away from a friendly face to help you resolve any queries!!
