We had our roof done by Ryan Roofing in August, there were some complications in the beginning with materials arriving late,quotes, etc.But the Owner Charles did everything to make the complications right and correct them.We have found him to be a man of integrity and who worked with us thru many complications, thru missing materials, thru issues with insurance adjusters,billing etc. Orginally we were upset with the whole process when materials didn't arrive on time and repairs were delayed,Charles the owner went personally to our home and apologized and gave us a $300 gift card as an additional apology.We are first time home buyers and dealing with insurance wasn't pleasant. We had an overall seamless experience using Ryan Roofing to assist in our roof replacement after the most recent hail storm. Boyd was very helpful and easy to get in touch with and the crew worked hard and were efficient throughout the replacement. Boyd was receptive to my concern of the Christmas lights possibly being installed in October as we aren’t given an exact date for install. Honestly the only honest roofing company I have ever used. Had to file a few hail claims a few years back due to the hail that hit Midland and they were all “local” companies that I could never get a hold of after the roof was done. Charles and Boyd worked the house and looked at the scope of the insurance and told me exactly what they were able to cover with the insurance money. It was around 29000 after we paid the deductible, but they actually repaired everything on the insurance quote.I don’t know how many times a company will come out and tell us for 29,000 that barely covers the roof for a 2600 sq ft house. And that with that money all they could do was replace the roof.I got many quotes telling me they could save me the deductible money and take the rest of the 26000 to just replace the roof. So no money out of my pocket. Instead Charles informed me that for that pricing, he would follow the scope of practice and got our roof replaced, a lot of the stucco repaired and painted, the siding fixed, windows replaced, and the whole garage door replaced. Along with a few other small items.They’re honest and it was a pleasure to work with them. Even though they weren’t able to waive my deductible (which is insurance fraud) they definitely gave the house its moneys worth. Less

After months of getting everything at the start they were great. We had to put a hold on the roof but when We called back to get started, it took weeks for a call back. Then when we asked for new rep he wouldn't call back. After they stated Charles the owner would call us to help. Instead they had the orginal rep call and tell us they will let us out of the contract and go seperate ways. This is after they tried charging us $2000 more stating the contract was 9 months old when I have proof it was only 6 months. They will show you rainbows and butterflies then blow you off.This is just my personal experience. The fact the owner couldn't call himself after he stated he will, tells me enough of the business. Charles and Sabrina helped me every step of the way on this one. I lost shingles to a hail storm recently. At first, my insurance company only wanted to cover the front half of my roof. This is after Charles had already shown me damage on the back that needed to be addressed. Charles came out and put up some tarps to avoid further damage while we hunkered down for a fight. After a couple of visits from adjusters(with Charles in attendance to argue my case) the insurance company still didn't want to cover it. Ryan Roofing handled the appraisal demand for me. All I had to do was sign it. By the end, they got my whole roof replacement covered by the insurance company. Sabrina looked over the settlement letter that the insurance company sent before I signed off on it so that I could be assured that there wasn't some tricky language in it that I was missing. My insurance company was not wanting to pay our for the damage done to my home. Not just the roof but the siding also. The Ryan team worked to get my insurance company to pay. Juan went the extra mile after talking with my siding guys, he came out the day the roof was being replaced and he personally made the alterations needed on the fascia so that the drip edge and roofing would not be disturbed when the siding guys came out to do their job. What a great company Aubrey Ryan Contruction is. From the first time we meet looking at my roof ,that need to be repaired . They were so great checking the whole thing . With the winds we have been having so strong this year my roof was flying up and sliding forward . My insurance company was not that helpful . I thought it was just the west side which is the front of my home . They showed me the North part was bad too. That North side was were the wind blew my fence down makes sense just didn’t see it very day. Like the front of the house. They were so professional and and got right on it . They clean up the yard area . (wished they would have raked up the leaves and mowed haha 😂 ) . They might have done that if I ask . But really if you need any roofing please call them . I was referred to Aubrey Ryan Construction by a coworker who had a roof replaced by them and was happy with the results and the way they did business. I know there are many roofers in the area who will "work with you" on deductibles etc. but when we walked the job down, Charles Nelson was selling me on quality and integrity and not trying to get my business through cutting price.After a few months of looking at the roof, I haven't noticed any flaws in the shingle installation itself. The things that stood out to me was that all of the details that were performed, the old felt was removed (3 layers), all of the vents were replaced with new vents, all of the drip edge was replaced, and the skylight was replaced even though the old one was not leaking. They used Malarkey 40 year shingles, I have since researched those shingles and found them to be superior quality and better than they had to use. They also applied an extra underlayment in the valleys that was not payed for by insurance and probably not absolutely necessary but I feel better that it is there after learning that is an extra level of protection.There was a small leak on a flat part of my roof over the patio, they did not mess around or give me stories, they came out and replaced the roofing over the patio and it has not leaked since the replacement. If I do have any criticism it would be that the drip edge installation was not up to par with the rest of the workmanship (I would say mediocre but not bad craftsmanship).Did Aubrey Ryan live up to their word to go the extra mile? I believe they did and I feel good about the roof over my family's head. Less

Aubrey Ryan Construction was roofing a home next to ours and a supplier ran over our mailbox. I brought this to Mr. Nelson’s attention and he contacted the supplier. Mr. Nelson went out all on his own, and at his own expense, and purchased and installed a new mailbox on a sturdy pole in concrete. He even hauled off the old mailbox and pole. We were amazed and surprised by Mr. Nelson’s generosity and kindness, especially since his crew did not destroy our mailbox. He went above and beyond our expectations and said his policy was to “make it right.” He certainly did. He was a kind and honorable man and we would recommend Aubrey Ryan Construction Company.
