I went in for a large hunk of tooth that had broken off. 20 minutes later, I left the office with a beautiful tooth. It was fixed to perfection and the exact color!! I was totally blown away! I immediately made an appointment for a cleaning and have asked all my dental records to be moved here. Such a wonderful pleasant experience ! Thank you so much. Looking forward to having you as my dentist. And, my husband is going to call for an appointment.

I had a tremendous amount of work done on my mouth in the past two years and Dr Wilmer was the anchor of that guided me through it all. So this review comes after many interactions (10+) with this practice.From the front desk staff to Dr Wilmer, Kelly and Emily- everyone is so friendly and personable and are consistently so. Technique and expertise are top notch; they are quick but extremely thorough. They explain everything before they do it. All the staff are encouraging and supportive and have great calming demeanors; the opposite of stiff and impersonal. You just know you’re in good hands with them! The facility is clean, smells good and they take extra care to make you comfortable- noise cancelling headphones, a blanket/pillow and the best lip balm. Be sure to ask for that when you go. If there’s a problem or emergency, they make it right. If you need a new dentist- I highly recommend trying Dr Wilmer’s office. I’ve been super super pleased.

As a new patient, I was greeted warmly by Madeline(sorry spelling) and Kelly(sorry again). Christina welcomed me in the treatment area and discussed the plan with me. Dr Byrd came in and also discussed the treatment plan. She hums during the exam. I loved it. Wonder does she do show tunes? Great group. Looking forward to great partnership.11/7/24 Follow up visit after crazy extraction. I am always greeted by name, and welcomed. I feel very comfortable with this group. They are young, energetic, compassionate and professional.3/20/25-cleaning done by Emily with her professionalism in explaining her exam. She cleaned my teeth gently( recently started on med that might enhance bleeding). I then met Dr Wilmer for the 1st time(Dr Byrd has been my primary, bur she is out attending to family issues, for which I will say Good Luck!, You are missed!l) and she was warm and professional as we discussed my plan. Shout out to new players Toni at the front and Chris helping in the back. Welcome.8/21 went in for crown placement by Dr Wilmer and her crew. I was comfortable during placement. She hums and sings like Dr Byrd.....shout out to Dr Byrd and her growing family5/2026-another exam by Emily and Dr Wilmer went well. Theres a new young lady at the front desk(sorry..im 71 and dont recall her name) was courteous, friendly and comoetent, accessing my info with no difficulty. Great team. Always cheerful professional and competent.

Today was my first appointment to meet and be checked over by my new dentist, Sarah C. Wilmer, DDS. She was very kind, gentle, personable, honest and thorough. I don’t want to waste my time with anyone who is not honest or direct. I want to know all the facts. And this doctor is great. I understand what needs to be done and am looking forward to getting the root canal behind me so she can start to repair my teeth so as I’ll have a healthy mouth. Can’t have a healthy body if your teeth aren’t healthy. Thank you Dr. Wilmer.
