I just finished my hypnotherapy sessions with Jacquie. My hypnosis sessions were eye opening. I went in having anxiety issues because of my business. Jacquie helped me realize a lot of things that cause it and thought me about meditation and how to deal with work anxiety going forward. Jacquie was professional and helped me a lot. I had a wonderful experience with Jacquie and hypnotherapy. The process really helped me feel more grounded and calm. She gave me some great resources and imagery to deal with anxiety and sleep issues. Most of all, I've walked away with a greater belief in my own ability to find solutions and calm within myself at any given moment through self hypnosis.

Recently I did some hypnotherapy work with Jacquie Balogh and the positive effect that I have had with the sessions are endless.At the beginning of our time together, I think my biggest struggle was how I was going to adapt to a new change in my daily life evolving changes within my current work and how to manage the changes within myself. This new change was weighing on my life, I was worried, stressed and had a lot of things inside going on.The sessions helped make a huge difference for me. The thing that helped make a difference was being able to navigate through the space in the sessions that were being held to help me make adjustments to what I was going to need to do moving foward within myself.One of my key take aways is knowing that doing these sessions and completing the sessions helped me help myself within the ways I looked at things and deal with things. I was able to manage the things I was dealing with differently and I was not holding as much stress and or anxiety. I could breath calmly, and have more clarity.Looking at my life today the biggest change I have found is having the feeling of I am enough, I am strong, I can do anything I choose to do. In the future I am looking forward to putting into practice what I have learned and know that I can retrain my brain by restoring my focus and breathing calmly. I went through different areas of my life that have been holding myself back and moving through these issues will help me move forward.What I would say to someone who is undecided – not sure whether to go ahead with reaching out for hypnotherapy services....I would and have encourage people to try and do hypnotherapy. I came to Jacquie struggling with old patterns that I wanted to shed. I immediately felt heard, safe and supported. As we worked together I gained invaluable tools to address the anxiety I was experiencing as well as lack of boundaries in my life. My Biggest struggles were, letting go of my past and all the trauma I endured I carried it like an huge weight on my shoulders. Also letting go of the grief and overwhelm. I also had no boundaries so I was a doormat. I put myself last and my health and happiness were at an all time low because of it. If I rated my life on a scale of 1-10 it was an 11 it was that bad.I was able to let go of what has happened and all of the trauma and grief. It no longer defines me. I can’t change what happened but I learned from it and was able to Let It All Go. I developed healthy boundaries and started to enforce them. I am working on healthy habits and doing what makes me happy and staying true to who I am. What other people think is none of my business.I am no longer controlled by past. I have let go of all the trauma and grief. My past does not define who I am. I have healthy boundaries. I don’t care what other people think. I put myself first and know my worth. I am living a healthy lifestyle and modeling healthy habits and boundaries for my kids. . I am finally truly free of my past and can move forward.I look forward to creating a home for myself and my kids. We will travel and experience all life has to offer. The future is abundant and bright. I am so excited and grateful.If you are feeling stuck in your life reach out to Jacquie. You owe it to yourself. It was the best decision I have ever made. I am finally truly free. You deserve to live not just survive! There is more to life than the lies your mind is telling you, or whatever you are stuck in. She is such a wonderful, kind and caring person and she helped me so much with my work and moving forward. I was having problems advancing in my business with negative thoughts and feeling like I wasn’t able to succeed. She got to the root of it and a lot of her videos completely relaxed me and helped me realize those negative thoughts weren’t real and definitely not helping me. I can’t thank her enough.

I used Kannary for my weight loss which in turn helped with my high sugar numbers. I’m getting so much closer to an ideal glucose number by dropping 1.4. I’m in the 6’s now and shooting for normal range soon. I also lost 12 lbs in about a month. I recommend Kannary and Aloha Wellness.
