My Biggest struggles were, letting go of my past and all the trauma I endured I carried it like an huge weight on my shoulders. Also letting go of the grief and overwhelm. I also had no boundaries so I was a doormat. I put myself last and my health and happiness were at an all time low because of it. If I rated my life on a scale of 1-10 it was an 11 it was that bad.I was able to let go of what has happened and all of the trauma and grief. It no longer defines me. I can’t change what happened but I learned from it and was able to Let It All Go. I developed healthy boundaries and started to enforce them. I am working on healthy habits and doing what makes me happy and staying true to who I am. What other people think is none of my business.I am no longer controlled by past. I have let go of all the trauma and grief. My past does not define who I am. I have healthy boundaries. I don’t care what other people think. I put myself first and know my worth. I am living a healthy lifestyle and modeling healthy habits and boundaries for my kids. . I am finally truly free of my past and can move forward.I look forward to creating a home for myself and my kids. We will travel and experience all life has to offer. She is such a wonderful, kind and caring person and she helped me so much with my work and moving forward. I was having problems advancing in my business with negative thoughts and feeling like I wasn’t able to succeed.
