Position: Audio/Video Editor (Internship with Client-BMM) Before starting this internship, I wasn’t a professional editor and had no experience working in a formal production setup. My only background in editing came from making simple cuts for my personal vlogs. This internship became a turning point for me. Throughout the experience, I learned how to create and edit videos that match each client’s tone, message, and brand style. I also learned to use the clients’ apps and tools, which helped me understand real editing workflows and become more efficient with my process. This internship strengthened my storytelling, pacing, and visual composition. I learned how to interpret a client’s vision and turn it into clear, engaging, and purposeful video content. With constant feedback and collaboration, I gained confidence and grew both creatively and professionally. Even with everything I’ve learned, I know I still have a lot more to improve and many skills I want to develop. But this internship gave me the foundation, direction, and motivation to continue growing. Overall, I transformed from someone who only did simple vlog editing into someone capable of producing client-ready, tone-aligned, high-quality content and I’m excited to keep learning and improving every day.
