Choice Collision was wonderful from start to finish! I was rear ended on route 95 and they were able to get my car in right away and fixed within a week or so. They kept me updated with any parts on backorder and how the process was going. All employees I dealt with between Brennan and the ladies at the front office were fabulous and informative. Thank you again Choice Collision for fixing my vehicle and getting me back on the road! :)

PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW! It was my second time bringing my car to get fixed after another accident, and I have to say that it could be hard to find a body shop with exceptional quality and service like Choice Collision Center. Like the first time I chose them, they took good care of my car and I could check how meticulous they were with the damage that I had. In a good way: I hope I won’t need to fix my car ever again due to an accident, but if you are searching for a place that you want assurance your vehicle will be in good hands, looking like a new car, helpful staff with everything throughout the process of getting your car fixed, PLEASE don’t think twice and give Choice Collision Center a chance to take care of that, that you won’t regret. Thank you Lauren and everyone else for helping me out!

This is my second time coming to Choice Collision Center in Providence. As a customer, I can say I’ve never been treated more kindly and with utter care. From the frequent calls to keep me updated on the status of the vehicle, checking in on me so see if there were any services they could get me connected. I came in due to my vehicle being vandalized while I worked a night shift at the hospital, causing approximately 12k worth of damages. Choice collision was professional, and provided quality service just as they did when I used their services in 2021. Keep up the awesome work, you guys make a fantastic team! Much love and appreciation from a satisfied customer.

I highly recommend Choice Collision Center! They did an amazing job repairing my son’s car. When we got it back, it honestly looked brand new. We were extremely impressed with the quality of their work. The communication throughout the entire process was also excellent. They kept us informed, gave us a clear and accurate timeline and let us know about any potential changes along the way. Everyone we dealt with was professional, helpful and made the entire experience easy and stress-free.It’s not often that you get both excellent workmanship and great customer service, but Choice Collision Center delivered on both. We are very happy with the results and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing collision repair!

Twice now I got into a “hit-and-run” situation and I was away from the vehicle, and both time was paired with Choice collision via different vehicle insurances. The team is very punctual and approachable, repairs are always good, and you can see they care about your vehicle overall and take their work seriously no matter what type of car you have.Highly recommend

Choice Collision made my jeep (which had some back end damage and a broken tail light) look brand new like it just came off the lot, including the interior detail job! They also surprised me by taking it upon themselves to fix another problem area! They also kept in contact with me throughout the entire process with daily/ weekly updates so I knew how to plan my days. Highly recommend!
