I had such a wonderful experience . I hate needles and Reese was very sensitive to that. I love my brows. We started with a lighter shade but will go darker when I return after my brows have healed. I will be recommending Browsin to my girlfriends. Oh… and the little package that she gives you with the items you need for the next ten days for you brow upkeep.. and the card with positive affirmations just added to this “ Chef’s kiss of an experience for the first time I got my brows done. My first permanent makeup experience with Reese at BrowsIn Boutique was AMAZING! I’ve always wanted to get my brows done because I was just soul tired of filling them in everyday just to feel comfortable enough to go outside. Reese was very welcoming and her customer service was phenomenal. She has such a grounded and warm presence. She also was super informative making sure that I understood the process and went step by step making sure I was comfortable and checking in with me all throughout! After seeing her incredible before-and-after photos and the amazing transformations she created, I knew I had to book my appointment.On the day of my appointment, I was excited — not nervous at all! I met with Reese, who set the vibe with soothing instrumental music and got right to work. She was so gentle and constantly made sure I was comfortable and not in any pain. Ladies, I barely felt a thing — that’s how gentle she was! She walked me through every step so I always knew what was happening, which made me feel completely at ease.At the end of the appointment, she thoroughly explained how to care for my brows and what to expect over the next 10 days. I can't say enough about Reese. She is skilled, knowledgeable, precise, thorough and puts one at ease from the start. She has quite obviously had years of experience and practices her craft as an artist. This being my first time having my brows done, I completely trusted Reese. She made the process comfortable and stress free. She provided all necessary information to care for and maintain my new brows and welcomed any questions or concerns I had. Anyone who has lived with sparse, inadequate brows will know that it is not hyperbole to say that this procedure is life changing. My brows have long caused me to feel less confident. I have spent countless hours, for more years than I care to admit, penciling them on. It was very time consuming, looked less natural and required vigilance to not smear, etc. I can't imagine what I'll do with all of the time I am going to reclaim. This truly feels like brow freedom!
