My experience with this academy has been quite disappointing. My daughter has been attending for over a year, but I’ve faced repeated issues with both communication and payment handling.There is no consistent system for providing receipts, which already caused a problem in the past when I was told that I hadn’t paid, even though I had. Since then, I’ve had to request proof of payment every time.Recently, I was asked to pay the full term fee on what I was told was the “first class,” even though it was actually the second class. In the past, missed classes were adjusted in the fees, but this time there was no flexibility or clear explanation.I also found the communication and attitude unprofessional and dismissive when I raised my concerns. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, I was simply told that these are their policies.I would advise others to be very careful, clarify all policies in advance, and always request receipts for every payment.Unfortunately, this experience made me feel uncomfortable continuing with them.I would like to address the response provided by the business to my original review.Unfortunately, their reply completely avoided the core issue I raised, which was their unprofessional behavior and the poor way I was treated. Instead, they chose to focus only on their policies, which was never the concern I brought up.More concerning is the fact that I was previously told that I had not made a payment, which is incorrect. I did pay, and this false claim has not been acknowledged, clarified, or corrected in their response. Ignoring such a serious accusation raises real concerns about transparency and accountability.This experience was never about policies — it was about basic customer service, communication, and respect. The way this situation has been handled, including their response here, only reinforces my original point about the lack of professionalism.I believe customers deserve honest communication and respectful treatment, and unfortunately, that was not my experience in this case
