Kim was able to schedule a mortgage document signing last minute and on a Saturday! The documents were time-sensitive and had to arrive no later than the following Monday by close of business. The FedEx return envelope we were provided from the mortgage company would not have arrived until Tuesday and we would’ve missed the deadline. Kim went far above and beyond and sent our documents via FedEx overnight! The documents were received in the nick of time and Kim saved the day!!!!
