Really happy a month in and would recommend anyone try Logic for their first BJJ experiences. I tried at the advice of a friend so I jumped into the white belt class. First experience with anything is nerve racking jumping in but they were super accommodating. Instructor made a point to tell my partners it was my first class. After jumping in I like that the class is all White Belts. Everyone is learning and after ~20 different sparing partners I haven’t squared up with anyone who is trying to be a hero and increase the risk I get hurt. It’s been a great differentiation to my workouts - HIIT like cardio and functional strength reinforcement. Less
