SwimKids is simply the best. My son had been to 2 other swim lesson facilities and had fun but just wasn’t progressing. Within 2 months of 1-on-1 lessons at SwimKids, he was fully independently swimming. He went from being fearful of the water to absolutely loving swimming. The peace of mind from knowing that he can swim and float on his own, and the joy of seeing his confidence built so much, has been incredible. The instructors are all very effective and we especially love Mallory for being an excellent teacher. My son is still progressing with learning swimming strokes and continuing to build his skills. Can’t recommend SwimKids enough!

Claudia did a fantastic job working with my son (2) through the survival classes. By the end he was always so excited to get in the pool with her and now he is very confident and loves swimming!

Limited showers but they have good swim programs to enrol kids into. They got a lot of chairs and benches to sit around the pool for parents to watch their kids swim.

Swim Kids has been a true blessing for our children. They completed their survival skills and moved up to the next level with great confidence. Trainer Nayden has been exceptional with her approach and technicality. All the trainers have been amazing—supportive, encouraging, firm when needed, and gentle throughout. SwimKids definitely deserves its stellar reputation as the place to learn to swim in the area. My son progressed far more in a few months here than over a year at another swim school.

We are so happy with my daughter’s progress! She has always loved the water, but was never comfortable with anyone else in the pool unless I was in there with her. We had tried swim lessons before and it just didn’t work.Mr. Archer has been wonderful with her. She cried a little the first day, but by day 3 she was excited to go swimming! That was a huge change for her. Now she is so much more confident in the water and doing amazing.So glad we found SwimKids Survival Swim. Thank you Mr. Archer!

Stop looking for swimming lessons and sign up at Swim Kids! They are hands down the best swim teachers out there. Kind, warm, encouraging and fun. Both my girls are solid independent swimmers after two months. Our main teacher was Kiersten, and we could not be happier with how she supported our girls and got them proficient in the water. We also had lessons with other teachers when she was out and they are ALL amazing. It’s clear they love their jobs and genuinely want the kids to enjoy the water. Kiersten is the sweetest person and gave my youngest the confidence she needed to conquer her fears, so if you can snag a spot in her schedule you will be lucky. Maddie, Nadine, Mallory, Jayden, are a few others who worked with my girls and were fantastic as well.

We have been taking our now 4.5 year old son and 20 month old daughter to Swim Kids for almost 4 months (started in April 2026), and we could not recommend SwimKids more. Within two months, both were able to swim and float confidently. And now both absolutely love the water.Mallory has been our coach the whole time, she is absolutely amazing and has given our kids the confidence and tools to swim. She makes the lessons fun, and encourages them both to develop further.Our summer at the pool has been so enjoyable knowing that both are able to swim and comfortable in the water. We are of course only a few steps away, but the days of floaties are long gone.Facilities, people and scheduling have been great. Would recommend to every parent.

I’m truly disappointed with my experience. I’ve been trying to get in touch with SwimKids of Georgia for over a month and have received absolutely no response. I’ve called multiple times, left messages, and have yet to receive a callback or any guidance on when someone will contact me.It’s incredibly frustrating that no one answers the phone, returns voicemails, or follows up in any way. Customer service and communication are essential, especially when parents are trying to enroll their children or get important information.I understand that businesses can get busy, but over a month without any proper communication is unacceptable. I hope they improve their responsiveness so other families don’t have the same experience.

An updated review from 5 stars. We have been a loyal Swimkids’s family for SIX years. My first was in the infant survival class and advanced to many classes after. My second also did the infant survival class and the toddler course and was doing well until a move and arrival of our third child. An hour one way drive for classes was not ideal and we decided to put things on hold. Two years later I decided the hour drive was worth it for survival classes for our youngest and a refresher for our middle who became intimidated with floating. Needless to say it did not go well at all. Middle child was immediately taken to the middle part of the pool where he began to cry and show distress. Nadyne began to yell “you don’t know what that means” in his face while he shouted “he was scared”. Looking back I should have just taken him out immediately. Should he have confidently floated? Absolutely. Could they have eased him in the pool and established trust before throwing him in a very scary situation for a child? Yes. Other instructors looked uncomfortable as well while they were being shouted at to not go easy on him for the next class. Swimming can be enjoyable while teaching skill and not fear. Needless to say I paid for the class and took my kids out. Which I shouldn’t of even paid for to be honest. My kid all the way home said he never wanted to swim again. Just no excuse. We have since been back in a pool and my middle child floats. Do better. No child deserves to be intimidated and dismissed in a swimming pool by a grown adult while they are in a vulnerable state. I think the program is amazing and valuable. The other instructors have treated my children with incredible respect and it’s unfortunate that the issues seem to stem from the one person who should be trusted the most here. Naydne is wonderful with infants. I will leave it at that. I’ve seen this situation happen numerous times with other families in the years I have sat on the side. It hits different when it’s your own. I hope your company can truly make strides to improve the one thing that seems to be the continuing issue. If more than one person is saying it, it’s probably true. Best of luck.

My 2.5 year old son is enrolled in survivor swim with Kierston. She is amazing with him! He has autism, so I wasn’t sure how it would all go but knew it was important that he learn how to float/swim. He is learning so much more than I ever thought was possible! Kierston is so patient and knowledgeable. He and her are like two peas in a pod! :-)
