The people at Sullivan-King have been outstandingly helpful throughout the process. They met with me in planning for my Dad’s passing when he began hospice. When my Dad passed, they worked with me and his church and cemetery to plan the perfect service. Connor even helped with advice in areas I needed help. We live in North Carolina, so their help was especially important.Now, 3 months after the funeral, on my Dad’s birthday, Connor and Elizabeth are still reaching out to serve me and my family.Excellent service and caring. They are all helpful with walking you through all the paperwork and taking care of all the arrangements during your time of numbness, right after the loss of a loved one. Bolt and everyone else took extra great care of all the arrangements and burial of my mom last February and my dad this past September. It doesn’t stop after the funeral either. I first contacted Mr. Connor Caldwell, Funeral Director at Sullivan-King in December 2024 to arrange an appointment to discuss pre-planning arrangements for my sister. Connor listened closely to my needs and guided me through each step of the pre-planning process. Connor was amazing - his kindness, support and professional guidance was faultless. The staff here are absolutely fantastic! They are so very compassionate and helpful. My mother passed two months ago and they still contact me to see if I’m doing OK if I need any grief counseling I have been an enormous help the day of her funeral I couldn’t have asked for anything better from them.
