Working in dental isn't easy, and when we get to an appointment, scared & in pain, we don't make it easier on the staff. Everything seems magnified and overwhelming. I hate to admit, but I haven't always been a model patient. Fortunately, the excellent staff at Master Dental understands all the emotions we go through when dealing with unexpected dental problems, and their kind hearts make them the best in Central Florida at kindly & patiently helping patients do whatever needs to be done to recover full health & comfort.They are ready to listen and quick to respond to difficult issues. I have been with Dr. Rose Kong for more than a decade and feel blessed every day to know her and the fine staff she surrounds herself with. I hope they know my grumpiness, if I'm not feeling well, is never directed at them; it's more about my disappointment in myself for letting a dental problem get that bad in the first place. You can't find a better dentist and a more caring staff. Highly recommend!
