I had a very positive experience with my recent visit. Dr. Yuen was very professional and friendly, and the front desk staff were very helpful. However, I was disappointed with my experience during the blood draw. The nurse was talking on the phone during the procedure, which did not feel very professional. Also, I was not informed about the possible side effects after receiving the vaccine. I hope the clinic can improve communication and professionalism during these procedures.
