My 8 year old whirlpool refrigerator stopped making ice. Called the company, was quoted $525 for the repair. I paid for the service and was waiting to have it fixed. After the repair refrigerator the ice was produced but it was not dispensing.. Called the company and the technician came over, worked on the icemaker and in the end stated that I need another part which will cost $400 installed. I obviously got upset and complained. The company pleasantly surprised me, sent the technician again and fixed the problem for free. It is good to know that this company stands by their service and customer satisfaction. I am now officially 100 percent satisfied.
