Yes, I got frustrated during the process, but Soshana kept her cool with me...very professional!In the end, only "1" recommendation of hers was costly (roof)However, in the end, we got an offer that was $100,000 more than what I would have been happy with selling as-is.*** I could go into details on their thinking process and game plan they implement in selling houses, but that wouldn't be fair to her...Why? Because she spent a lot of time and energy discovering the best way to not only sell houses, but get the HIGHEST OFFERS *** you'll see her plan is actually simple and straightforward! And, she learned that through experience.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SOSHANA. Don't worry, she'll tell you what she "can" and "can't do"...she doesn't make any promises either.
