I have been fortunate to find Soshana at Beautiful Georgia Homes when I was selling my condo. Not only she is a true professional, the value she brings that is unmatched is her knowledge of real estate and her negotiating skills. Prior to listing, her detailed comparable market analysis including my net price after mortgage payoff, taxes, insurance etc set her apart. I was able to get a full price offer a week after the open house. After the home inspection, when the buyer wanted to lower the price over a couple of minor fixes, Soshana made sure the price stays the same and had her team take care of the items. Yo honestamente tenía desconfianza en los realtors, sin embargo, con Soshana y Gina fue totalmente diferente. Yo quería vender mi casa porque no me gustaba el area y quería una casa más amplia y en mejor área. Mi situación era muy complicada y pensé que era un proceso que llevaría mucho tiempo y estrés.
