Highly recommend! He was incredibly informative, communicative, and thorough throughout the entire process. He came out after working his regular job and stayed until around 10 p.m. to make sure everything was taken care of.He first replaced the battery and took the time to test everything afterward to make sure it was working properly. When it became clear there was still an issue, he continued troubleshooting and determined that the alternator also needed to be replaced. He kept us updated and explained what he was finding along the way instead of just replacing parts and leaving us guessing.You can tell he’s a hard worker and genuinely cares about getting the job done right. Having someone come directly to us to diagnose and resolve the issues was incredibly convenient, and we really appreciated how dedicated he was to getting the car back up and running.
