I needed to scan to file a paper document of almost 200 pages. FedEx Office (Kinkos) would have charged me close to $150. That sounded ridiculous to me so I called around to find a better deal. Radek at USA Imaging initially offered to do it for much less, something reasonable. Upon arriving within 10-15 minutes he made a searchable PDF and handed it to me on a thumb drive, all free-of-charge. I offered, again, to pay for his services but he said he preferred this sweet, sweet review and that I could pay him for the next job. Needless to say that I will be coming back.

My scanner stopped working at the worst possible moment. Called these guys up to see if they could scan something and email it to me. A guy named Radek answered the phone. I believe he's the owner. He said sure come on by. Went over there and he hooked me up and refused to take my money. Old school business mentality. Love it! I wish I was in the position to give him a lot of business
