I enrolled in Alyssa Sharp's project leader coaching program and have been very happy with the results I have seen throughout these 12 weeks. Alyssa coached me regularly, with weekly accountability check-ins, an initial workflow analysis, and technical reviews, leading to consistent growth and improvement. We focused on improving various project management techniques, including Agile implementation, SCRUM ceremonies and project documentation.
