The Body Happy Team have really done so much to help me to become stronger and fitter. I do classes ranging from yoga and pilates to Body Happy 30, circuits and I use the gym. The combination is great and my recent extra work with small groups has shown me I can do so much more than I thought I could. I really enjoy exercising and would highly recommend this gym.

A super-comfortable gym with everything you need for any workout. It has strong air conditioning, and the equipment is always fresh and clean. Most importantly, the people who visit this gym are extremely polite and tidy, so you won't be forced to use dirty, sweaty equipment after someone else

I never thought I'd say I love going to the gym but I really do love going to Body Happy! Jenny, Lisa, Adam and the whole team are welcoming and encouraging, and I am much stronger and healthier since joining a year ago. Body Happy has a friendly, positive atmosphere and supports everyone with their fitness goals. I am now a gym convert and highly recommend!
