JD Funnel resolved a problem I had with a non-working, HighLevel-powered IVR workflow. The system had to account for business hours behavior (go straight to voicemail) and multi-option behavior during business hours. Prior to hiring JF Funnel I personally invested dozens of hours trying to fix it myself (working with HighLevel support over about 3 months) and was never able to get it fixed. Then, I hired an overseas subcontractor and paid them a few hundred dollars to fix it. They did not. And they kept my money anyway, refusing to issue a refund even though they not only didn't fix it, but created new problems that hadn't existed before they got involved. Mudassar is the person I worked with, and he saw the project through to completion, going through round after round of testing to confirm that every possible scenario/combination of options was working properly. It was such a relief to finally work with a company that was competent and got the job done right. Thanks for doing a great job, guys!
