I had a technician come to look at my stove/oven. It really hasn't work well since I bought it 5 years ago. After ordering a part it has never worked better! I debated to fix it or buy buy new but I think I made the right decision!

I was referred to Quality Appliance locally for a repair because we had experienced horrible failing service from another local vendor so I would recommend myself turning to Quality Appliance again as well as referring anyone looking for keeping repair business local!

Once again, we requested Joshua Pace as our technician ., this time for refrigerator /freezer and we were still so impressed with Josh and his knowledge, his expertise, and courteous personality.. He was definitely worth the wait to get him to come when he had an opening. He is really an asset to your business. Our rating is the highest. We highly recommend him and Quality Appliance.
