Hayne is amazing! Highly recommend for your home remodel project. He came to us by way of a referral from our neighbor whose house he was working on so we got to see his work in progress before hiring him. Hayne gave our mid-century a major facelift! Totally remodeled the kitchen and addressed minor structural issues, constructed new powder room within laundry room, framed area for new fireplace, and he replaced all window casings and baseboards. He oversaw all the high quality trades he brought in to complete the work such as A/C, plumbing, flooring, tiling, and painting. His bid was reasonably priced. Most impressively he was on time and on budget. Excellent communication from start to finish. Turned our headache of a house into a functional, beautiful, and relaxing home.

We were referred to Hayne by a realtor friend who highly recommended his services. We had our master bath, master closet, guest bath and office flooded by a water leak from our toilet. We decided to not only fix the damage but renovate our master bathroom. His quote was more than fair and his work was beyond above average. He was on time, every time and the job was finished quickly and thoroughly. You couldn’t ask for a nicer and more respectful man. His work was top shelf, his sub contractors were also great. If we require any more renovations, we won’t go with anyone else, and we highly recommend him to all of our friends and neighbors.

Our kitchen was tired 1990. We chose Hayne Wolmarans of One Way Remodel to handle our project. Hayne is very creative and was able to find a solution when others said we would be unable. He was always ready to start at 0800 and was on site 100% of our project. He gutted and completely renovated our kitchen, powder room, laundry room and built custom shelves in our den.
