Laura did a solid job on my hairline, she answered all my questions thoroughly and without hesitation. She accommodated what I was looking for and was very kind in handling my requests. There was some initial miscommunication in the beginning, but she was open and receptive to talking and resolving, which I loved. She also helped establish the best color for my skin color & black hair and was considerate of the future color as well which I appreciated, greatly. I recently had the pleasure of undergoing scalp micropigmentation (SMP) and I can confidently say that it was one of the best decisions I've made for myself!From the moment I entered the clinic, I was greeted by a warm and professional staff who made me feel right at home. They took the time to discuss my goals and concerns, explaining the entire process in detail and ensuring that I was comfortable every step of the way.The artist’s expertise shone through as they meticulously crafted a natural-looking hairline, paying close attention to the details to mimic the appearance of real hair follicles. I was impressed by their artistic approach and the use of high-quality pigments that blended perfectly with my natural hair color.The procedure itself was surprisingly comfortable. While there was a bit of initial apprehension, the artist's skillful technique minimized any discomfort. The students present also did a phenomenal job practicing and ensuring I was comfortable. They checked in with me frequently to ensure I was okay, which made the experience much more pleasant.The results have been absolutely amazing! I walked out feeling rejuvenated and more confident.
