Got service with Four seasons Hvac, tech was Hector. Overall great experience, very knowledgable. I had bad experience with others companies which cost hundreds of dollar of uneccessary part replacements that didnt fix until I got Hector, he was able to fix without any parts. Would have saved a whole lot of money going with Hector to begin with.

It's hard to find an honest company these days. I called Four Seasons Heating & Air because they were highly recommended to me, and I'm glad I did. Jesus came out and was extremely thorough with the job. He took the time to explain everything, answered all my questions, and even gave me some helpful maintenance tips. He went above and beyond by changing my filter as well. It's rare to find that level of professionalism and customer service. I was not ask by the company, via text or voice, to provide a review.Hector came in on time and checked the central air and found that one of the lines didnt hold freon. He gave me an honest assessment and options for my situation (I didnt feel like I was being up-sell)In the near future im going to ask Four Seasons for a quote for a new system.

AMAZING customer service. We had an issue with our AC and our usual service told us we needed a new system. I called Four Seasons for a second opinion. Lindsey made an appointment for that same day. Jesus arrived promptly and cheerfully explained what he would do to assess the unit. It was so through! No service visit has ever been done as well. He took the unit apart, cleaned then showed us the components, took photos consulting with Peter via phone and did a complete check of the internal vents and interconnections. Conclusion by both Jesus and Peter, the unit needs less than told by other service. Very professional, no pressure to get new system. It will likely need one eventually but good to go for a while with minor parts replacement. Impressive assessment, and no pressure to do work. We are VERY impressed and HIGHLY recommend them. Thank you Jesus and Peter.
