If you need an HVAC technician, ask for Kevon! This guy knows HVAC like it’s a second language. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and—most importantly—actually took the time to explain what he was doing instead of just making mysterious noises, turning a few screws, and handing me a bill.Kevon walked me through how my system works, explained why it functions the way it does, and gave me practical recommendations on how I could improve the system and make it run more efficiently. I genuinely learned more about my HVAC system in one visit than I ever expected to know.He was thorough, patient, and clearly takes pride in doing the job right. You can tell he knows his stuff and isn’t just there to make a quick repair and disappear.And a shout-out to Fawn, the dispatcher, who was fantastic as well. They did not have a solution to the problem with my air conditioning unit. All they did was give us a bullshit story about how we need to replace all our ducting when it has been working fine since it was installed 5 years ago. They wanted to charge us $11,000.00 for something we didn't need and would not fix the problem. When we told our friend who is a retired HVAC guy he just laughed. This company is a joke.

So glad I purchased the yearly service plan.
