Dylan was fantastic, he was able to diagnose my issue and remedy it. He took the time to explain the issue. I should remind people that you are paying for their experience and equipment they carry. Absolutely happy with Dylan, Conner and the Veteran owned Four Seasons company. They also cleaned up and showed care in doing so.Absolutely amazing.Jim

I’m writing this review for one reason, if your air conditioning breaks down and like me you were caught in a heat wave with hundreds of others needing service at the same time, here is your answer, FOUR SEASONS HEATING AND AIR!!Not only did they fit me into the same day service, but the repair work was outstanding and clean. They diagnosed the issue immediately. They took photos of everything, including the mold I didn’t even know I had. I could see everything that was going on from the very start. They even brought in portable air conditioners to keep me as comfortable as possible in 90 degree temperatures. There was no charge. So if you are in the same place I was, you should give these guys a call.Kath, Newport Beach.

Kevon came same day I called to evaluate our non-functioning AC system. He gave us a accurate and honest report with pictures of the system which showed that our system needed substantial repair.Kevon contacted Peter at Four Seasons AC who gave us several options about what we could do.Theses options including repairing only what was damaged, replacing the cooling coil or installing a new Heat Pump system. After considering the options of only doing repairs to the current system but leaving several old components of the original 2009 system we opted to have the new Heat Pump system installed.Four Sesons was able to have this new Heat Pump system installed the next day.Everyone at Four Seasons AC was courteous and professional. We are very happy with our choice to do business with Four Seasons Heating and Air.
