Thanks to Dan and his crew I have my 2024 Ram 2500 riding better than factory. They installed a Rough Country 2.5 kit. Dan explained everything and what was needed to get this project started. Dan and his crew were great! Dan guided me through the whole process and gave me some great suggestions. I called several places to get prices but what stood out with Poor Man’s Off Road Depot was the responsiveness and customer service. . Never felt like they were trying to shake me down and over charge. Once all was approved it only took about 5 days for them to get all the parts. I dropped it off by 10am and it was ready that same day by 6pm. Extremely happy with the product and service. I’ll be taking my Ram 2500 over as well as my trailer to get a suspension system put on. Highly recommend them.

Dan and Lou at The Poor Man's Off Road saved us days after I sheared off an air spring carriage bolt on our travel trailer's suspension system.
