I had a 4” Rough Country lift, shocks, and 35s installed on my truck at Poor Man’s Offroad, and overall I had a very positive experience with Dan and his shop.The quality of the work was solid, and when I picked the truck up there were a couple of minor issues that came up. Dan took care of them immediately and without hesitation, which spoke volumes about standing behind his work. He was apologetic about the delays and made sure everything was right before I left, which I appreciated.The only downside was the timeline. The install ran longer than initially expected, and more proactive communication as things changed would have helped set expectations better. Because this is my primary vehicle, the extended timeline did create some inconvenience. Aside from that, this would have been a 5‑star experience.Overall, I left feeling good about the finished product and confident in the work that was done. Dan clearly knows his stuff, and his willingness to fix things on the spot and take ownership goes a long way. I’d recommend Poor Man’s Offroad and would use them again.

Dan is great! Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I got 37s on my truck, 35s on a Jeep. Price was great, service was even better. Will definitely be back in the future!

Wonderful experience. Absolutely 100% recommend. Dan and his team diagnosed and repaired the front end suspension on my truck that I bought with an existing lift. My truck drives so much better and the limited turning radius and popping noises that I was experiencing are gone. I feel the price was very reasonable, they were great to work with, and the results far exceed my expectations.

Can't recommend The Poor Man's Off Road Depot and the professionalism and responsiveness of Daniel and his staff enough. He was lightning fast on responding to my inquiries and arranged to have high-quality components procured and installed on my 4x4 at very reasonable parts and labor costs. Take it from me: make TPMORD your first call when looking to outfit or upgrade your ride. You won't regret it.
