Absolutely blown away by our experience with Olivia and her team at Castle Ridge. From the moment they came to take my mother from her home, the people here have shown such kindness and compassion. The facility we had my mother's services at is beautiful and very accommodating. We were treated so well it made this extremely difficult time a little easier. Those who attended the services have been complimenting how beautiful everything was. My family and I am eternally grateful.

Olivia Alaniz was outstanding! From initial consultation, thru detailed arrangements, procurement of death certificates, the funeral service itself and the graveside service--she was always professional and compassionate. She kept lines of communication open, and was flexible and attentive to our needs.
