From initial consultation, thru detailed arrangements, procurement of death certificates, the funeral service itself and the graveside service--she was always professional and compassionate. She kept lines of communication open, and was flexible and attentive to our needs. I highly recommend Castle Ridge Mortuary for those who find themselves with the unpleasant task of planning a funeral for a loved one.

When we lost our father on December 28th, 2024, Castle Ridge was there from start to finish. Given that this was a horrible time for our family they worked with us every step of the way and accommodated us in every way possible. In addition, every-time we had questions even when staff was busy ours calls were returned promptly to address our concerns. Prior to our father’s service they were amazing, along with making sure that we approved everything before the day of the services. They did not make any decisions until they communicated with our family. Most importantly, JAMES really really helped us arranged everything in less than 48 hours after picking up our father from the hospital. I don’t wish any loss on anyone because we know how tough it is, but Castle Ridge really helped us through the toughest time in our lives and we highly recommend them!
