Micaela is very knowledgeable with her years of experience and knowledge on deep tissue massage and her study of anatomy. She truly understands the rebuilding processes of practically every muscle group, she has educated me on muscles I didn’t even know existed lol. Nonetheless, if you’re looking for a health-driven, focused message therapy this is it! This is not your normal idea of just a regular massage, her focus is to get you healthy no matter what it takes so be prepared for a deep tissue revolution if you’ve never experienced that before. I highly recommend Kinetic Massage! I have been multiple times for some pain from a Bulging Herniated Disk. After my first session with Micaela, my pain level decreased significantly and I could walk without a limp. She is extremely professional and truly cares about improvement with her clients. My son has also been seeing her for treatment on his shoulder and back from pitching with High School Baseball- she is unbelievable! He feels immediate relief and it carries him for weeks at a time. Lara, that schedules the appointments, has the best Customer Service in helping to accommodate you for a convenient day and time. I cannot say enough, please schedule and experience it for yourself.

Highly recommend Micaela at Kinetic. Long story short - almost 10 years ago I was suffering from intense tension/stress headaches - tiny stabbing in the temple debilitating headaches. Micaela overhead my convo one day in a gym she was posted up at and said “can I see if I can help you?” I laid on her table & she rubbed my neck & head for maybe 60-90 seconds. I remember it hurt BUT whatever she released, totally fixed my issue. Never had those headaches again. So recommended her to everyone - including my husband who is 250lbs and 6’3” and struggles finding massages that are strong enough for him.Now 10 years later I still come to her office for regular sports massages to work my back & what feels like sciatica pain down the legs. If you’re looking for strong hands & someone who knows her stuff, Micaela is the one!
