Great gym with a welcoming atmosphere. The team at Tiger Eye are some of the most friendly, professional and genuinely passionate people you can find, who care about what they do. Felt like part of the community from day one. Would seriously recommend to anyone looking for a serious training environment in Bangkok.

I moved to Bangkok recently and started training at Tiger Eye MMA, and it’s honestly been one of the best decisions I’ve made since arriving here. I’ve been training Muay Thai, and even in a short amount of time, I can already feel a real difference. My technique is sharper, my conditioning is way better, and I feel more confident every week.What I really appreciate about Tiger Eye is that the trainers actually pay attention. They correct your form, explain the details, and push you hard without making the environment feel negative or intimidating. Everyone I’ve met there has been kind, supportive, and welcoming, but the training is still serious. They expect you to work, and that’s exactly what makes you improve.The gym also makes it easy to stay consistent. The class schedule and calendar are simple to follow, and it’s easy to choose the classes that fit your level and goals. They offer beginner-friendly classes, more intense training sessions, Muay Thai, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, grappling, and MMA, so there’s a lot of room to grow no matter where you’re starting from.Highly recommend Tiger Eye MMA to anyone in Bangkok who wants to train seriously, get in better shape, learn real technique, and be surrounded by good people. 5 stars.

The Muay Thai classes here were extremely poor, disorganized and unsafe. See full details and our experiences below.After the 3rd Muay Thai class - my girlfriend was punched repeatedly in the teeth with no mouthguard in her first sparring session by another student going 100%. No staff stepped in to control the tempo, instead they seemed to actually encourage it, she's now needing to see the dentist today.For context - I've done classes at other gyms for about 3-4 months, learnt good fundamentals, we love going to class, it's the highlight of our week.This place managed to make it an extremely negative experience, taught very little - and after the teeth incident - make us consider quitting altogether.Detailed reasons:1. Very negative atmosphere and culture among the staff - No one seems to want to be there nor help students.2. The coach / Owner is a very strange guy - he never spoke to us across the 3 classes, yet found plenty of time to glare at my girlfriend from a distance which made her feel really uncomfortable.3. The women trainers are extremely underqualified - The worst pad sessions I've ever had. We've even overheard the male trainers in Thai question why and how they are training at the gym at all.5. Ego problem among male trainers - they have better skills to teach, but this is overshadowed by their poor attitude, bad manners and bad teaching ability.4. The schedule and organization impossible to prep for - The website schedule is incorrect, lessons change on the fly despite us calling ahead to check. This led to us sparring for the first time without mouthguards being assured it would be fine by the trainers.5. Poor sparring etiquette encouraged by the trainers - I had great sparring sessions with the other students by the way. This was the first time me and my girlfriend did sparring and - as above - did not expect nor was prepared to do it. The Round with the trainer was really unproductive, 0 communication beforehand, but he seemed to enjoy 'winning'.For my girlfriends 3rd round of sparring - she was matched with another girl that instantly went for 100% constant punches to the jaw, nose and teeth for the entire round when my girlfriend had no mouthguard (again the trainer said this would not be a problem). The other student was not just trying to 'win' the spar, she was actively trying to damage her as much as possible.Nobody stepped in to control the tempo or tell the other woman to calm down (coach was nowhere to be seen as explained above).Now my girlfriend has serious bruising on her front teeth and gums that will need to be looked at by the dentist later. The female trainer didn't seem to say anything about sparring etiquette apart from "make sure you hit hard enough during the sparring so they can really feel it", fantastic advice.Overall - there's nothing here for a beginner, intermediate or advanced hobbyist or fighter, I've seen all of them in these classes seem frustrated and confused by this place.This place markets heavily to foreigners visiting Thailand on the DTV for the Muay Thai in order to get you to buy a large package upfront, I think it's this and the Children's BJJ classes which they're most interested in marketing as it brings in the most money, this seems to be where the majority of their energy is spent.If you're seeing this I'd urge you to try another gym first, there's so many better quality options in Bangkok where you will get much better teaching with regular sparring in a far more positive and safe environment.

Tiger Eye made our 25 days vacation full and memorable. We enrolled our daughter to undergo training while we are on vacation, and we realized how we as parent become more aware of our kid's growth and development since we are now living in a more complex environment where safety is a topmost priority.We thank the management and staff for a very accommodating and family like treatment.We look forward of joining you again next year's vacation,Insha Allah.
